Modern townhouse 3 bedrooms 4 bed * parking (23A)

Positive: When we booked this house, the people that we got it from were really helpful at first, but I have a few points to make, which are that the house mainly needs maintenance and needs to be cleaner and have more focus on the cleaning. For example: * When we first arrived, there were spiders and spider webs, and half of the lights were broken. * Under the beds, there was dust. * The downstairs toilet needs maintenance. * In the kitchen, most of the dishes were dirty. * The walls need to be painted all over again. * We spoke to them about the curtains at first, but they only responded to the problem four days before I left. * ⁠also the toilet seat need maintenance * ⁠the front door carpet had a smell also Overall the house is quite and the area is very nice but it needs to be cleaner and mostly maintenance

Positive: Needed to stay near the hospital and this property fitted the bill. Useful to have off street parking but quite tight to get into if you have a big car. Corner shop just up the road with all the basics and near a main bus route into Manchester Piccadilly.
