Positive: Location - close to Etihad Stadium
Negative: A lot of litter in the garden and out front too. Cigarette butts everywhere. Broken blinds in bedrooms affording little privacy.

Great location, clean and comfortable.
Positive: It was a great location for the places we wanted to visit. To have somewhere to park the car is a massive bonus.
Negative: The property was great the only downside for us was on 2 of the 3 nights the neighbours sat in their front garden shouting from 12.30 am until 3.30 am.
